Description
This is a NOAA Hollings scholar project hosted by the NMFS Pacific Island Fisheries Science Center in the June-July 2011 time frame. It is basically an undergraduate project on ocean acidification and impacts on living marine resources within the Rose Atoll, Marianas Trench and the Pacific Remote Island Areas National Marine Monuments. Impacts include: environmental degredation; change in species dynamics; effects of environmental degradation and changes in species dynamics; and effects on humans.
