Description
Analysis of streamflow and precipitation trends during different phases of ENSO and PDO at selected sites in Hawaii, American Samoa, and Western Pacific islands. Trends will be analyzed using non-parametric statistical tests and spectral analysis.
Objectives/Outcomes
Results will be published in scientific journal article.
